Our mission is to provide training to potential candidates so we can help fill the existing skills shortages in the Industry and in the Salesforce Ecosystem. We strive to provide our students with skills and knowledge that will enable them to gain new career opportunities as well as to succeed in those. To transform the lives of our students and employees by nurturing ethical values, creativity and novelty to become Entrepreneurs. We want to give everyone an equal opportunity, an equal chance for success. We want to share our knowledge of Salesforce and to show everyone all the opportunities and adventures that lie within the ecosystem. And the most important part, we want to have fun while doing all of that :) We take on fresh graduates, senior year students and other young professionals with some coding experience and introduce them to Salesforce. During the first three months we teach them about the platform itself and help them get their Administrator certification after which we move on to coding and to the Platform Developer certificate. At this point it’s time for some real life experience so they start a part time internship, either on one of our own projects or with one of our partner companies. The other half of the day we do workshops of interest, for example Agile, Git, LWC, Advanced Copado and Version Control subjects or we arrange guest lecturers to share their knowledge and experiences. We also leave them enough time to pursue skills and certificates of their own choice and help in any way we can. After they gain enough experience they start working on one of our own projects full time or we help them sign their first contract with one of our partner companies. The program lasts 24 months during which our students gain enough experience to continue on their own and start their own company or they can decide to continue working with us until the time they feel ready to start their own freelancing career.
