For example, spare parts that previously took two weeks to reach customers can now be delivered in two days, reducing production down time significantly. The company will also provide training opportunities for employees at this new centre, particularly those from the research & development department. Not only will this allow us to react to customers more effectively, it will also help us develop products that will best meet the needs of the different markets", said Chairman Wang.
