Invictum Holdings, a.s. is a family-owned holding company that has historically been associated with the timber sector since 1934. The company was established in 2015 as a family company under the name Invictum, s.r.o. In 2019, it was transformed into a holding company, as its business activities developed dynamically in a short time. The holding currently covers eleven commercial and two non-profit companies in Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Austria, Serbia and the Republic of South Africa in the wood and chemical industries, distribution of ecological cleaning products, logistics, marketing, healthcare, as well as research and development. In the first half of 2021, Invictum Holding – Business Service Centre department was created with goal to provide administrative, IT and accounting services not only to companies within the holding but also to external companies.
