The Defoor Centre is a spacious art gallery event facility located in the Midtown West district. Parts of the building date back to the 1800's. The 5,500 square ft., hexagon-shaped Form Gallery was originally built as a gospel church in the 1970's and boasts soaring 30' ceilings. The fun and funky Encore! Gallery is in the space originally built as artist lofts and features a more industrial feel. The entire facility is home to ever-changing works of art from local artists; which changes every 6-8 weeks. Our team of experienced event planners are here to assist you with every aspect of your event. The Defoor Centre has been home to wedding ceremonies and receptions, bar and bat mitzvah celebrations, corporate luncheons, dinners, networking events and holiday parties as well as birthday, anniversary and commitment ceremonies.
