To expand on this commitment, Walmart Health was launched in 2019 to provide key health center services for local customers with transparent pricing, regardless of insurance status. The patient is at the heart of all we do at Walmart Health, where we deliver primary and urgent care, labs, x-ray and diagnostics, counseling, dental, optical and hearing services all in one facility, right next door to the Walmart Supercenter. Walmart Optometry: We are truly making a difference in our communities by making eye care accessible while helping our patients live better, healthier lives. With over 3,000 Vision Centers nationwide, we have 11% of Optometrists in the US practicing in and adjacent to our stores focusing on patient care.
