The Mission of DataEthics4All Foundation is to break barriers of entry in tech for Girls, People of color, the economically disadvantaged and to raise the next generation of Ethics 1st Tech Champions. Results and Impact: 1. Built a Community that provides a common voice and exchange of ideas for 3 generations starting from high school students, college students and professionals from 55 countries across the globe. 2. Started the STEAM in Al College Prep Research & Build Program that matches a High School Student (Grades 9-12) with a College student from a top U.S. University for 1:1 Experiential Learning & Career Mentoring to provide Career Technical Education and help them explore Career paths in Data Science, Al & STEAM. Aligned with the goals of the U.S. Department of Education's Every Student Succeeds Act. 3. Hosted the 1st Hackathon designed for non technical people ages 16 and up on data and AI Ethics for social impact. 4. Created the 1st AI Youth Council on artificial intelligence designed to raise the next generation of Ethics 1st Tech Champions. 5. Started the Ethics 1st Institute providing courses on data, and AI Ethics for Middle and High School educators and students. 6. Launched the AI DIET (Diversity, Inclusion, Ethics in Technology) Returnship for Women+ to help them get back into the Tech Workforce. 7. Hosted over 50 events including Town Halls, Bootcamps, Tech Mixers, Meet and Greets on topics around Tech Ethics. 8. Hosted AI DIET World with Speakers from IBM, Google, AWS and more. 9. Hosted the DELETE Act Panel with Senator Josh Becker. 10. Home to 1st Independent Advisory Council on Data Ethics without any fiduciary responsibility. 11. Published the Top 100 AI DIET Champions List. 12. Host of Ethics 1st LinkedIn Live. 13. Published Think Tank Insight Reports. 14. Global audience of 100,000.
