Ignition was established in February 2000 as an integrated, direct marketing, advertising and promotions agency. It was founded by Co-Directors, Jennifer Williams and David O’Sullivan and specialises in integrated, data-driven, highly personalised and ‘customer intimate’ campaigns, that help brands create a rapport and a relationship with their customers. From the beginning, Ignition has had an unorthodox agency structure and account management style, where clients get direct access to the people developing the creative elements of their campaign, which allows for greater flexibility and faster turnaround times. Ignition has always been about the ‘idea’. Ignition won the An Post Interactive Direct Marketing Awards Agency of the Year 2013 & 2016.
