French Society of Clinical Pharmacy (SFPC) was created in 1984. She aims to promote clinical pharmacy and to train practitioners to its application. In this context, SFPC initiate and develops scientific work of clinical pharmacy led by multidisciplinary task forces (therapeutic education, medicines reconciliation, pediatrics, geriatrics) in collaboration with other medical learned societies. SFPC also redacts and shares good professional practices and organize exchange events.
