Our programs cater to the underprivileged and the vulnerable sectors which include children, women, indigenous people, the differently abled, persons deprived of liberty, the elderly and the Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) and their families. Mission: Our Commitment We are committed to giving back by providing inclusive opportunities to Filipinos who want to have a better life through education, financial inclusion and access to resources from strategic partners Mission: What Inspires Us We envision a country of empowered, educated, financially literate, and resilient Filipinos living a better quality of life. What We Value: • Inclusivity - No one should be left behind. Everyone should be given equal opportunities to have a better life • Resilience - We want to empower individuals and communities to be resilient in facing challenges like disasters, calamities, pandemic, recessions • Volunteerism - We promote volunteerism among employees, beneficiaries and partners • Collaboration - strategic partnerships with government agencies, organizations and stakeholders The Foundation was first established in 2002 as P.J. Lhuillier Foundation. In 2011, the name was changed to Cebuana Lhuillier Foundation , Inc.
