I.S.Y.L., Italian Super Yacht Life, is a training Foundation located in Viareggio, Tuscany, the heart of the Italian nautical sector, born with the goal of organizing highly professional courses dedicated to training the new figures of the sea economy. ISYL Foundation aims to promote the dissemination of scientific and technical knowledge, and to support measures for the development of the economy and active labour market policies. It acts in the technological area of the sustainable mobility of nautical transport and logistics sector, particularly in the areas of production and maintenance of means of transport and/or related infrastructure and the mobility of people and goods. The final goal of I.S.Y.L. is the creation of an international school addressing the need to create and train future generations of professionals in our industry, using standardized and shared method in accordance with current regulations. The new courses, dedicated to young students aged 18-30, focus on Superyacht Captains career, Logistic Technician and Yachting and Tourism Services Specialist. International Yacht Captains have the opportunity to take ISYL cadets onboard their yachts for the season, offering to very motivated students a work experience which will be very beneficial both for Captains and students.
