RobotNorge was established on 1 October 2003. The company's organisation is built around employees who previously worked for ABB Robotics at Bryne, Norway . RobotNorge is the sole distributor for the complete robotics portfolio of ABB in Norway. Today RobotNorge AS (Org. no. 885 276 172, Norway) is a subsidiary of Trolltunga Robotics AS (Org. no. 917 129 509, Norway). Trolltunga Robotics is also the parent company of RobotNorge's Swedish sister company RobNor AB. Together the companies constitute a robot corporation with 30 competent employees who have more than 400 years of experience in applied robotics. RobotNorge's vision is to actively contribute to creating a profitable industry in Norway. This is done based on more than 30 years of experience from the Norwegian industry in sales, engineering, installation, commissioning and service of automation solutions centered around the industrial robot. RobotNorge offers a wide range of ABB robots and related services within industrial automation. The products are provided as integrated system solutions, engineered and delivered by RobotNorge or its network of partners throughout Norway. In addition to the sale of products and related services, RobotNorge serves an installed base of over 1500 robots in Norway and cooperates closely with customers on upgrading, training and service. RobotNorge develops tomorrow's solutions for collaborative robots.
