Originally established in 1999, Shine has progressively and steadily developed to the stage where everyone knows Shine! We have built a strong reputation in the beauty sector in South East Queensland. Shine is well established with prominent beauty salons located in the three key regions - the Sunshine Coast, Brisbane and Gold Coast. Our clients love the pampering treatments, the luscious products and our friendly, expert staff. In 2010 Shine enters it's 11th year of trade and we are looking forward to an even brighter future. Shine Beauty has achieved award recognition on several occasions in recent times. In 2002, our second Shine salon on the Sunshine Coast was awarded ‘Retailer of the Year 2002’ at Sunshine Plaza shopping centre, taking out the top prize and beating over 250 stores and hundreds of big business national brands to this converted retail award. In 2006, one of our Shine staff trainees was a top three finalist in the Queensland Traineeship Awards (all state trainees). In November 2007 and again in 2008, Shine Beauty was announced as WINNER of the Sunshine Coast ‘Business Excellence Award’. This award back to back win is a very rare feat....with more than 500 entrants registered for the prestigious Sunshine Coast Awards each year, Shine took out the top award in the category of Lifestyle and Wellbeing, beating all other beauty salons, day spas, massage centres, fitness centres etc to this coveted and prestigious award.
