Unfortunately failure has a stigma attached, leading us to brush failure under the carpet or to give it a gloss to appear as succes. Even when failure is one of the most fruitful ways to learn and instigate change. With the Institute of Brilliant Failures we aim to stimulate transparency and ability to learn in a complex world. Anyone can hand-in a project which – despite a proper set-up- has failed but from which a valuable lesson has been learned. These project-based lessons often reflect more structural challenges in the organization and/or sector at large, and open up opportunities for sustainable change.
