The Grand Cinema is the South Sound's only nonprofit art house movie theater. Supported by a dedicated Board of Directors, fleet of volunteers, and small but might paid staff, The Grand is committed to enriching lives and enhancing the cultural vitality of the Greater Tacoma community through the art of film. The Grand accomplishes this mission by presenting high quality film programming 365 days a year, adult and youth education programs, and annual community events that engage and support the arts in Pierce County.
