NITEO exists to support young readers to develop the literacy skills needed for a bright and hopeful future. We work through global and local partnerships. Globally, we support community and school libraries through partnerships with grassroots organizations, We do this by shipping gently used children's books to Uganda. Rotary clubs, and schools. Locally, we run a Family Reading Program for newcomer families in Kelowna in partnership with Okanagan Regional Libraries.
