Grounded Strategies provides accessible training to Agri-Food entrepreneurs in Canada who want to grow their business. We help new and established food companies optimize their products, business practices, and marketing skills to increase their market-share. Our online and face-to face training provides timely access to the information entrepreneurs need, when they need it, getting them back to work quickly. Our programs address the needs of early-stage, microprocessors who sell at Farmers' Markets right through to more established food businesses looking to distribute their product inter-provincially or internationally. We work closely with associations across the Agri-Food industry to provide customized training to their members. Partnering with associations enables us to deliver valuable training to a wider audience at a reduced cost. We believe that access to training material, coaches and industry professionals can be delivered to all food processors in all regions of Canada.
