Halifax Horizons is a non-profit corporation made up of corporate and individual members that want to improve the quality of life of Halifax County through increased job opportunities, economic growth, and new capital investment. Over the past five years, Halifax Horizons has raised of over $855,000 to support projects that are paying tremendous dividends for our communities.
