America has a mindset problem right now. Many people spend hours each week exercising, trying to eat right, and keeping their physical health in top shape, which are all great things and what we recommend as well; however, we are not spending the time working on our brain and our mind, which affects every single area of our life. As a result, we're collectively suffering from anxiety, stress, a lack of purpose or direction, bad habits, and much more. Uncommon Life seeks to fill that gap, to help people develop their mindsets and develop strategies to improve their lives and the lives of those around them.
