A BRIEF HISTORY: Our family owned and operated, multi-award-winning company was established in 1981. With the third generation of Wood family now representing the company, we combine over 80 years of real estate experience. OUR SERVICES: Specialising in commercial real estate, we primarily project manage the disposal and acquisition of freehold/leasehold property and land. In addition, our knowledge of local asset values positions us well when undertaking rent reviews and lease renewal negotiations for both landlords and tenants alike. PROPERTY MANAGEMENT: In 2005 Stephen J Wood and school friend Rupert Nixon established S. R. Wood & Son (Property Management) Ltd. The company has expanded year on year to become one of the largest privately owned block management companies in the region, with assets under management worth hundreds of millions of pounds, ranging from North London to Bedford and along the A1/M1 corridors.
