TRIBAL (Teachers Resisting Inequity for Black, Asian and LatinX) in education represents a coalition of millennial educators who seek to advocate for the recruitment, retention, and agency of educators of color. These educators represent the rich racial, ethnic and cultural backgrounds of the students Greater Boston serves. We aim to create this intentional community through social meetups, professional development, and organizing activities across the Greater Boston area.
