Fullers Foods was founded on the Leeds markets by Harry Fullers in 1876. Harry originally started selling a selection of fruit and vegetables sourced from around the UK. In the same year, Marks & Spencer was also founded in the Leeds markets by Harry’s friend, Michael Marks on the stall next-door. Today, Fullers remains a fourth-generation, family-owned company. During the 1960’s, Fullers started diversifying into new categories and began sourcing and distributing frozen foods around the region for a number of major retailers. Fullers Foods were also the founding members of the British Frozen Food Federation [BFFF] Association.
