Established: 1998 NTU Hall of Residence 4 is home to 500 students in the Nanyang Technological University. Hall 4 is managed by the Office of Housing & Auxiliary Services of NTU and led by the Hall Council, a student representative body consisting of 18 office bearers voted in by the residents.
