Centre for Incubation and Business Acceleration is a Technology Based Incubator (TBI) established to support growth of technology based startup companies in the region and also to inculcate culture of innovation and entrepreneurship in the society. CIBA is section 25 company Not for profit organization that is Goa's only premier institute in promoting entrepreneurship and helping innovative ideas by providing incubation, mentoring, networking and seed funding. CIBA has two incubation centres in Goa located at Assagao (North Goa) & Verna (south Goa). It was spearheaded by Mr. Jose Manuel Noronha as Chief Executive Officer. He is the Chairman of National Advisory Committee on Entrepreneurship Development Programmes of the Government of India. CIBA has recently opened its third centre in Mumbai at Vashi (Navi Mumbai).
