Hilltown Community Ambulance provides EMS services to the communities of Blandford, Chester, Huntington, Russell, Montgomery and Worthington in Massachusetts. HCAA has grown from a mainly volunteer organization into a near full time service with additional hours being added aggressively. Currently just over 70% of our staffed shifts are at the paramedic level and by the end of 2015 we will have an ambulance available around the clock.
