For over 100 years Hotel Palisade has occupied pride of place at Millers Point on the shores of Sydney harbor and just a stones throw from The Rocks. Steeped in history if the walls could talk there would be stories about the young Anzacs drinking their last beers before boarding the ships to Gallipoli at the foot of the hill. We are custodians, there were people here before us and there will be people here after us. This is our interpretation and we have now been re-open for 6years. Walk into the original character of the building in the ground floor bar, which pays homage to days gone by with the hustle and bustle of the early harbor port days of the Rocks. Take an elevator past two levels of boutique hotel rooms, to find yourself in our cocktail lounge, Henry Deane, which is on the top of what once was the tallest building in Sydney. Henry Deane, the crown jewel of Hotel Palisade, reveals the building’s modern and sophisticated charm. Spread across two floors, the contemporary and edgy cocktail lounge provides breathtaking Sydney scenes no matter which way you look. Here you will find a menu curated and served by our Head Chef, Cian Mulholland, who takes his spin on Modern Australian share plates.
