We do a complete analysis of your gas, electricity, water and sewer bills, looking for incorrect rates, clerical errors, credits and exemptions not being utilized, alternative energy sources, etc. We work under the terms of a contingency agreement -- our fee is 50% of savings realized in the form of immediate refunds or reductions of future bills. If there are no savings, there is no cost to you.
