Vestis Group was formed in 2012 as a division of CMS Inc., a trading company with a large presence in metals. Leveraging the strong roots of CMS Inc., Vestis Group was formed to develop relationships in domestic and BRIC countries to provide and supply food products to industry, both for import and export.
