Winds of Change is a Licensed Mental Health Center serving youth and adults with mental illnesses and substance use disorders. We provide case management, CBPRS (community based psychiatric rehabilitation and support), group home living, groups, peer support, 24 hour crisis line, therapy, SUD programs, and a recovery mall. We employ our virtues towards integrated, holistic, evidence-based services that empower the individual’s responsibility and hope in their recovery.
