Gilligan's Ice Cream is a partnership that manufactures Premium Ice Cream in Central New York. After making it for our own scoop shop for more than 25 years we decided more people needed to enjoy our passion and we started a wholesale ice cream business. In 2018 we evening had a law changed to allow us to make beer and hard cider ice cream. Currently our ice cream can be found throughout central and western New York.
