Howland Partners, Inc. (“HPI”) was started in 1990 as Eagle Pointe Financial Group, Inc. with its primary focus the engagement of real estate development opportunities. HPI is owned by Gary L. Howland and G. Tyler Howland who are the managing members of all its diverse real estate holdings. HPI oversees and manages all aspects of its developments including land acquisition, entitlements, due diligence, leasing, and property management.
