Our philosophy of work comes from how the company was founded. Our founder, Helen, is a former Wall Street veteran who worked as a fixed income sales executive for various investment banks including Lehman Brothers and Royal Bank of Scotland. While on Wall Street, she witnessed and experienced first-hand bankruptcies, mergers, and major industry overhauls. Those experiences built her philosophy and belief that through a growth mindset with heightened awareness, rigor, and motivation, people and businesses can thrive and leaders can activate the best version of themselves.
