Al Karnitz Since Al Karnitz, our Founder, opened the doors to our company on August 11, 1981, the company has grown from four employees to more than 38 employees, and work out of our 33,000 square-foot custom-built repair facility, located just three miles from its original location. Over time, the company has become a successful, seven-figure, family-run business. Al's eldest son, Guy Karnitz, is operating as the General Manager. Son, Allan Karnitz, is in charge of Outside Estimating and Public Relations.
