Sadhna was conceived in 1988 to provide alternative incomes to women in Udaipur’s rural, tribal and urban slum belts. It aims at empowering women and does so by training women as artisans, so that each one of them has atleast one skill to bank upon. The artisans in Sadhna make beautiful Garments, Accessories and Home Furnishing Products. And once these products are made and sold in the 4 Sadhna stores, the income generated from it, is again used up for the betterment of these women. Sadhna also caters to the needs of various National and International buyers.
