What started out as a college project, turned into a full fledged business, Starting out fixing computers, then providing desktop support for mom and pop shops in the Miami area. I began my ServiceNow journey in 2013 and as the years passed I went on to learn more and more. One frustration I always had was that the organizations I worked for, did not use ServiceNow to its fullest potential. It was just a line item. I wanted to learn more, use the system more, and show the power of ServiceNow. I started Solutions: IT! in order to do three things. Learn more about the platform. Work with different clients who really wanted to see the platform's potential and finally, Love what I do each and every day. My goal is to make Solutions: IT! a powerful well-known force in the ServiceNow space, and work towards being the only 100% Veteran and Minority-owned and operated ServiceNow solutions provider in the United States.
