Bloxam Burnett & Olliver (BBO) is a New Zealand based, multi-disciplinary company of professional consultants. The company was founded in 1993 by Martin Bloxam, Reece Burnett and John Olliver. Building client trust, delivering cost effective and innovative project outcomes, and demonstrating our values has seen the company grow steadily. Now managed by four directors – John Olliver, Scott Bready, Pang Chong Heng and Jarred Stent; owned by key staff who play an important role in the continued overall success of project delivery; and supported by approximately 100 staff, the majority of whom are professionally qualified in their field of expertise – BBO is a tight-knit and loyal team that takes real pride in its work. BBO provides consulting services in engineering (infrastructure, construction monitoring, structures, water resources, traffic and transportation), planning and land development.
