Established Coffee opened its doors in December 2013, with a simple aim of providing great coffee, service and food to the people of Belfast. Established has made an indelible mark on Belfast's coffee scene and has grown over time to become an industry leader within speciality coffee and hospitality. Opened by Bridgeen Barbour and Mark Ashbridge, the business has continued to grow to include the Cathedral Quarter cafe and Training & Education space adjacent to the cafe on Hill Street.
