Hull & Humber Top 30 Under 30

There are approximately 25,000 businesses in the Humber Region providing over 400,000 jobs, and we would like to celebrate the most exceptional young employees locally. The Top 30 Under 30 event gives companies in the Humber region the opportunity to celebrate their emerging talent by nominating top employees under 30 years of age. Organisations based locally now have the opportunity to nominate young, talented professionals within their business. For those who are successful, Hull & Humber Top 30 Under 30s will be putting a 12 month programme in place for successful nominees, including an awards evening being held in March. Within this programme will be events looking to help business “future leaders” to become leaders! This will include management training, soft skills development, emotional intelligence etc. This will be incorporated with more fun and active events where we will look to raise money for local charities. We recognise that as an organisation we could have an impact on a range of areas, most importantly engaging talent at schools and colleges around careers available in the Humber region. We plan to heavily utilise visual marketing, specifically through social media channels to demonstrate the opportunities available and by telling stories of those who have been successful, we feel we can inspire the next generation and help to tackle a number of skill challenges in the region.
