The company operates in different units, offering the following services: - Technology & IT (mainly interim management and consultancy services) - Outsourcing Advisory (in particular offshoring, nearshoring and backshoring, as well as general sourcing solutions and services) - Health & Fitness (hereby specialisation in personal coaching and training, dietary and nutrition) - Search & Selection (solely on high-level technology, IT or digital profiles) - Other services (containing specialised sports management, general secretarial, and energy management) Company History 2002 Lead-It acquired part of its roots from Base-It (founded in November 2002 and transferred in October 2006), a sports management and services company, which catered for organised sports activities and events as well as specific advice, quality control and other assignments vice-versa sports organisations, federations, clubs but also individuals, corporates and governmental institutions. 2004 Started the company in February 2004 to cater for independent, interim professional assignments in a broader sense then Sports, mainly around Technology and IT, but also HR. 2007 Due to a growing demand, included Outsourcing Advisory (incl. off-, near-, and backshoring) as a speciality to the portfolio. 2010 During this year, added Health & Fitness as a service unit, hereby provisioning for group and personal coaching/training. 2011 Expanded the Health & Fitness services with a Nutrition and Diet specialisation. 2016 Expanded the operations with a Search & Selection service for in-between IT roles and functions.
