What is The Nephalist ? Nephalism is a word from the temperance movement which means the practice of not drinking alcohol. The words we use to describe this, are things like sobriety, abstinence, tee-total ... and they make it sound like you're being deprived or punished even. Use of the word nephalism is practically obsolete these days, but we're repurposing it to show a life of abundance, adventure and exploration.
