Program Highlights Our program focuses on training and developing students by rigorous field work and academics, for managerial positions in the Pharmaceutical & allied industry 1) Internship: 8 weeks of Summer Internship 2) Academics: 60 hours per trimester 3) Fieldwork: 1 full day every week throughout the year devoted to visiting stakeholders (60 hrs fieldwork + 20 hrs data analysis) 4) Thesis: Students work on a live brand for 6 months and create a Strategic Brand Marketing Plan which is presented to the industry 5) Global Languages: To equip students for international markets, students learn languages like Mandarin or Spanish 6) Strategic Alliances & International Marketing: To familiarise themselves with trends and practices in international markets 7) Case Studies: From the world’s best B-Schools like Harvard, Kellogg and INSEAD, as well as the Indian Pharmaceutical Industry 8) Industry-Academia Partnership: CEO & HR Forums, Speaker Events, Industry Sponsored Awards, Live Projects, Internships and Workshops 9) Faculty: Industry Stalwarts working in senior leadership positions in top companies 10) Grooming: To ensure a well rounded candidate a course on both written and oral communication skills is conducted 11) Courses: A holistic view of the pharmaceutical and allied industries is developed in the students via targeted courses. The course include Domain Specific Management Courses spanning across multiple disciplines such as Marketing , HR , Finance , Operations , Statistics , Economics. Our Cutting Edge 1) Course on Listening to Customers (only institute to conduct it apart from MIT, USA) in which students interact with stakeholders every week 2) Case studies from the world’s best B-Schools like Harvard, Kellogg and Insead; and those from the Indian Pharmaceutical Industry 3) Strategic Brand Marketing Plan: by graduating students – presented to companies 4) Students receive Industry-Sponsored Awards every year for academic excellence
