TRIUMPH Martial Arts offers two great central Iowa locations for your training needs. Each location offers our nationally-recognized ATA Tigers, Karate for Kids and Taekwondo for Adults programs, with black belt instructors certified through the American Taekwondo Association (ATA). In addition to Taekwondo, we also feature an outstanding Krav Maga program as a partner affiliate of the Krav Maga Federation of America. The teaching curriculum at TRIUMPH Martial Arts is based on two concepts; positive mental attitude and high goal setting.
