ECOMOVE International is a non-profit organisation active throughout Germany and at international level. It supports, promotes and distributes audio-visual media concerning the environment and sustainable development as well as enhancing global learning. Founded in 2001, ECOMOVE organises film events, compiles film series, implements educational projects and provides supporting services. The organisation is based on the amalgamation of six renowned international environmental film festivals and campaigns for the utilisation of high-quality film productions as an essential tool of global environmental education. ECOMOVE cooperates closely with international partners like the Goethe-Institut, German Minstry for the Environment, arte, Greenpeace.
