www.bio.linkRositsa is a lawyer, researcher and humanitarian with more than 15 years of experience working on a range of human rights issues, such as migrant and refugee rights, child rights and the rights of religious communities. She has managed projects for NGOs in support of migrants and refugees in Bulgaria, including Doctors Without Borders (MSF) and JK Rowling’s Lumos Foundation. Rositsa has further advised the European External Action Service, KAICIID, the Lokahi Foundation and others on the interplay between religion and society. She holds a Master of Theological Studies from the Harvard Divinity School, focusing on Islam, as well as a law degree from the University of Cambridge with subsequent specialisation in European Law. Rositsa regularly publishes and speaks on migration, Islam and human rights.
