The Idaho Senior Games have been an important part of active seniors’ lives since 1989. It is a social and recreational experience designed to encourage the health and fitness of people age 50 and over on all levels of fitness. Idaho Senior Games is endorsed by the Idaho Governor’s Council on Physical Fitness & Sports and is a member of the National Senior Games. Events Include: Archery, 8-Ball, Basketball, Bocce Ball, Bowling, Cycling, 10K & 5K Run. Golf, Horseshoes, Pickleball, Racquetball, Softball, Swimming, Table Tennis, Tennis, Track & Field Sanctioned by UST&F, Triathlon, and Volleyball.
