Koding Company was founded in 1987 as part of the building construction sector but the construction of the water and soft drinks factory started in 2004. Koding started with production and distribution of Gorska water in 2005. As a company which implemented the corporate quality management Koding is one of the most successful companies in Macedonia managed by educated and inventive personnel with clear vision of the future. Our company owes its success to the active monitoring; following of the modern marketing trends; new technological solutions; innovations and constant education of its employees in order to satisfy the needs of the customers. The company is an active participant in the development of the social life and due to that it is a regular supporter of cultural and sport events organized throughout the country. It is also a big contributor in the care of children with special needs and it is a sponsor of the Special Olympics for children with special needs. One of the company’s main features is the ecological awareness for protection of the surrounding environment as well as the influence which the plant has on the environment, so as a result the company implemented ISO 14001:2004 standard and operates according to it. The aim of the company is to be a market leader in the country and wider bringing the quality factors and aspects of the environment and human life together in one integrated management system which strives towards sustainable economic growth and continuous improvement of the quality management system.
