Minds Connect is a project created to provide tailored mental health services to individuals, couples, and families who are struggling in aspects of their lives. This project is for anyone who is interested in gaining a better understanding of who they are, where they come from, and why they are reacting, thinking, and feeling the way they are in the present moment. I am committed to providing a safe, contained and confidential space to do so. Minds Connect's philosophy is based on an integrative and collaborative approach, adapting interventions to the needs and personality style of each individual. I offer face-to-face sessions in London (UK) and online (worldwide).
