OVERVIEW Heatex Industries Limited, is a heavy engineering company, engaged in fabrication of critical process equipment like Thermic fluid heaters, IBR Steam Boilers, Power plant Boilers, Heat Exchangers, Pressure Vessels, Reactors, Columns/Towers, Pollution Control Equipments like Multiple cyclone separators, Wet scrubbers, Bag filters, ESPs etc. for clients operating in the core sectors of Oil and Gas, Petrochemicals, Fertilizers, Power, Chemical, Pharmaceuticals, Food processing, Rubber, Plywood and lamination, Paper, Dairy, Agro, Distilleries , Textile Processing & other process Industries. Over the last more than 3 decades of operations, the company has amassed extensive know how & expertise in a wide range of materials & processes across the entire fabrication spectrum including engineering, manufacturing & project management. As of now, more than 3000 Thermal Oil Heaters and 400 installations in Steam Boilers have been installed by Heatex. History ⚫ Heatex was established in year 1983 by honourable & visionary Chairman & founder Mr. Mohanbhai Patel as "Heatex Engineering Co." with 05 employees ⚫ In 2009 there was the merger of all the units at one place "Palsana , Surat , State : Gujarat ", named as “Heatex Industries Ltd” ⚫ In 2009 received ISO 9001:2008, BS OHSAS 18001:2007 accreditation and also approved by IBR. ⚫ In 2014 was approved by PESO. ⚫ In year 2015 we qualified to use ASME “U”, “R” & “S” stamp. ⚫ In year 2015, signed up for a joint venture with M/s Funke Wärmetauscher Apparatebau GmbH,Gronau/Liene, Germany for various types of Heat exchangers such as PHEs, Shell & Tubes type heat exchangers, Brazed type heat exchangers & Air coolers.
