Eden Pilates is a beautiful 1700 sq. ft. studio located in the centre of Toronto just north of Yonge and Bloor, right in the heart of Rosedale. The studio offers the highest quality Pilates training available. All instructors are STOTT PILATES® trained, extremely talented, and well versed in many other Pilates styles and influences. Clients enjoy a continuously motivating and versatile Pilates experience. The studio offers private, semi-private and group equipment classes. It is equipped with a V2 Max Plus™ Reformer* and Split-Pedal Stability Chair™ for Private Sessions and 6 Professional Reformers™ for group equipment classes. All group equipment classes integrate mat based props like fitness circles, foam rollers, toning bands, mini stability balls, and toning balls to make the workouts fun and challenging.
