An Opportunity Fund was formed to assemble a portfolio focusing on real property interests and securitized debt. It consists primarily of distressed assets, debt and equity interests in the residential sector; with a secondary in commercial. Our geographic target is the South East corridor of Florida, which is currently one of the most resurgent markets in the United States. Our management team is versed in many different market disciplines of real estate. Our expertise includes finance, loan workouts, asset repositioning, capital markets, residential and commercial land development, construction, property management, leasing, marketing and sales, asset monetization and strategic asset management services. Right Angle maximizes value of its real estate assets by applying an economic scale approach. By blending our three core businesses (distressed assets, general market product and equity lending) we aim for the highest possible return on every deal and a consistent portfolio yield. More importantly we are excited to increase value and quality of life in the distressed South Florida market. As the old cliché goes “timing is everything” and the outlook for growth for US gross domestic product is the highest in the last 4 years. Currently all indicators are trending upward towards stabilization.
