The National Automotive Sales and Service Company Limited (NASSCO Ltd.) opened its doors to business in 1972 taking over the automotive division of Emtage Electrical which, since 1967, had been the Toyota distributors in Barbados. Nassco operates from the original River Road site which has, of course, been vastly improved and expanded over the years to accommodate the demands of providing top quality service to a discerning public. Over the years the company has grown and now employs 81 Barbadians. Today, NASSCO remains close to its origins, being the sole authorized distributor of Toyota branded vehicles and Toyota Genuine Parts as it has from day one, which clearly demonstrates an unswerving commitment to loyalty and dependability.
